CLASS INFORMATION
- 1 Day In-person classroom training and exam with a Certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor and experienced former Food Hygiene Inspector 
- 4 hour Course starting at 10:30 a.m. 
- 1 hour lunch break 
- 2 hours is allotted for the exam 
- Space is limited 
- Excellent location, well equipped and located near several restaurants for lunch 
- Advance online study materials and practice exam will be emailed upon payment 
- Class is interactive 
- Printable eCertificate and wallet card 
- Class, Materials, and Exam are in English - Exams are proctored immediately following the classroom training the same day and are taken by paper & pencil. Exam results and downloadable certificate are available online within 10 – 14 days. 
 
- Certification is valid for 5 years 
- ServSafe is nationally recognized and Florida approved. The ServSafe Food Manager certification has been awarded to more than 4 million people.
